When patients were classified by the DAS28 score (remission, low, moderate or high activity) and after pooling all visits, those with RA showed no difference in SOCS1 expression (Figure 1C), whereas a significant direct correlation between SOCS1 levels and disease activity was observed for patients with UA (Figure 1D; p = 0.027).
