ROS1 and viral infectious disease: The observation that RAI-13 exhibited more potent antiviral effect in cell than the inhibition of RdRp activity in vitro, raise a possibility that RAI-13 may exert an off-target activity against viral infection at cell level, e.g., an indirect effect derived from its inhibition on tyrosine kinases, since RAI-13 (Entrectinib) is a known inhibitor of the tyrosine kinases TRKA/B/C, ROS1, and ALK.
