HSP90AA1 and cancer: Heat shock protein 90 alpha family class A member 1 (HSP90AA1), also known as HSP90α, localized in the cytoplasm and played an important role in the proper folding, assembly and localization of many cellular proteins, which required for tumor progression and highly expressed in many cancer cells, inhibition of HSP90AA1 is a promising strategy for cancer therapy [55,56].
