In transcriptomic analyses, after the sustained consumption study, four genes related to hypertension were identified: Pentraxin-3 (PTX3); NLR family, pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3); neuropeptide S receptor 1(NPSR1); and nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase (NAMPT), which were differentially expressed after 12 weeks of treatment. This evidence concerns the gene PTX3 and hypertensive disorder.
