Compared with other T cells, we identified a total of 65 genes (adjusted P value < .05, and fold change > 2) that were specifically expressed in tumor Tex cells, including PI3, MKI67, UBE2C, TOP2A, IGLC3, TYMS, HMMR, KIAA0101, CD38, CHI3L2, etc. The top‐ranked genes were multiple known exhaustion markers, such as LAG3, HAVCR2, and PDCD1. The gene discussed is CHI3L2; the disease is neoplasm.
