The LPAR1 expression was negatively correlated with the purity of tumor (r = −0.475, P = 7.54e−25), Furthermore, the LPAR1 expression was positively correlated with the abundance of several immune cell types, including CD4+ T cells (r = 0.311, P = 1.21e−10), CD8+ T cells (r = 0.334, P = 2.84e−12), neutrophils (r = 0.362, P = 2.68e−14), macrophages (r = 0.435, P = 1.19e−20), and dendritic cells (r = 0.41, P = 2.95e−18) in PRAD. Here, LPAR1 is linked to prostate adenocarcinoma.
