Some of these genes were closely related to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer: CDK6, IL-10, and RUNX1, of which CDK4/6 inhibitors are a promising treatment strategy for the treatment of bladder cancer (Zhao et al., 2015; Sun et al., 2019; Tong et al., 2019).
