Therefore, there is a molecular mechanism that restrains the CD95-mediated apoptosis signaling pathway in thyroid cancer and autocrine production of IL-4 and IL-10 may have significant roles in this mechanism, because IL-4 and IL-10 promote resistance to CD95-mediated apoptosis via the activating the Jak/Stat pathway and up-regulating cFLIPL and PED (46).
