HOXA9 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Collectively, the above information enlightened us that circRNA CDR1as/miR-641/HOXA9 pathway might be crucial for the regulation of cell stemness and DDP chemoresistance in NSCLC, hence this study concentrated on investigating the underlying mechanisms of cisplatin chemoresistance and cell stemness in NSCLC, which will shed light on the discovery potential therapeutic agents to rescue drug sensitivity in chemo-resistant NSCLC cells.
