Colorectal cancer has two types including sporadic and hereditary, the first of the two (65%) [95] is directly impressed by personal life-style and the second one consists of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), due to Adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene mutations, and HNPCC/lynch syndrome, that is caused by MMR genes [96]. The gene discussed is APC; the disease is Lynch syndrome.
