In all samples, the flow cytometry analysis showed that the MFI of CD46 was higher on MM cells (CD138+) (median MFICD46 value 1269.8, range 704.16–5149.88) in comparison with other subpopulations such as monocytes (CD14+), T lymphocytes (CD3+), NK (CD138-CD56+), and B lymphocytes (CD19+). The gene discussed is CD14; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
