GPT and acute respiratory distress syndrome: Only one male patient aged 72 years, who was not treated with antiviral medications and who was being treated with hydroxychloroquine and antibiotics, developed acute liver failure concomitant to acute respiratory distress syndrome (peak ALT 70 IU/l, AST 143 IU/l, GGT 162 IU/l, total bilirubin 15.6 mg/dl, conjugated bilirubin 11.7 mg/dl, INR 1.51, and PaO2/FiO2 87) and was transferred to the intensive care unit.
