The statistical analysis showed that the TNF-α concentration in the stimulated groups, DBS and DBS-6OHDA (Fig. 5), was significantly elevated (F (Benabid et al. 2009; Reale et al. 2009)= 14.344, p ≤ 0.001) in comparison with non-stimulated rats with PD model (p ≤ 0.001 and p ≤ 0.01, respectively; Tukey’s HSD). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and Parkinson disease.
