Other targeted cancer therapies such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signalling inhibitors and multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors have showed a broader spectrum range of CV toxic effects including LV dysfunction but also vascular toxicity, QT prolongation and arrhythmia risk, and in some cases pulmonary hypertension [10, 15].
