DNM2 and glioblastoma: Dynamin 2 was also recently described as a potential therapeutic target for glioblastoma development.23 In our analysis, 2′,3′-cyclic-nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase (CNP, log2 fold change of 1.28) was significantly overexpressed in the core area in agreement with a previously published study.24 CNP is not well studied in glioblastoma development and can be of interest for further studies.
