We measured and analyzed the immune cells including CD3+ T cells, CD19+ B cells, Ly6G+ neutrophils, F4/80+ macrophages, and inflammatory factors such as IL-1b, Il-6, IL-12, TNFa, and MCP-1 in the heart tissue from different groups at day 7 after myocardial infarction. This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and myocardial infarction.
