Nivolumab (Bristol-Myers Squibb, New York (United States)) is another human PD-1 monoclonal antibody (IgG4) that has been studied in a clinical trial, and its phase I study has shown good efficacy in Non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), melanoma, and renal cell carcinoma (Table 1) [53].
