For the top 20 FDEGs, six genes, namely natriuretic peptide A (NPPA), natriuretic peptide B (NPPB), Ficolin 3 (FCN3), phospholipase A2 group IIA (PLA2G2A), S100 calcium binding protein A8 (S100A8) and frizzled‐related protein (FRZB), were already shown to play important roles in HF or cardiovascular disease. The gene discussed is NPPB; the disease is cardiovascular disorder.
