TNF and neoplasm: Analyses of the proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IFN-γ in the serum of mice treated with PD1ACR-T and PDL1CAR-T cells compared with the other three treated controls (Figure 8, top panels) revealed that the encountered PD-L1 tumor antigen led to a significant (∗∗∗p < 0.001 and ∗∗p < 0.01, respectively) increase in the levels of both cytokines.
