COL4A1 and gastric cancer: Combined with the above results, it suggested that the target gene of miR-29s may affect the biological functions of GC cells such as cell motility and cell adhesion through regulating the ECM-receptor interaction pathway, thus promoting the different growth pattern development in GC, suggesting that the target gene of miR-29s, especially the COL4A1 gene, may play an important biological role on GC growth and invasion.
