From these immune system process-associated DEGs, the canonical pathways predicted with most the statistical significance include PKCθ signaling in T lymphocytes (Z-score = 0.632), CD28 signaling in T helper cells (Z-score = 1), hepatic fibrosis signaling pathway (Z-score = 1.265), NF-kB activation by viruses (Z-score = 1.633), and role of NFAT in regulation of the immune response (Z-score = 0.378) (Figure 2C bottom).
