Recently, it was shown that the P30 isoform—but not the wild-type version of CEPBA TF, a protein frequently mutated in acute myeloid leukemia (AML)—interacts with the promoter region of the NT5E gene in AML, to induce its expression and mediate AML progression via the NT5E-A2AR pathway [173]. This evidence concerns the gene TF and acute myeloid leukemia.
