Here we found that the concentration of IL-22 in serum was significantly higher in psoriasis patients than that in healthy controls (HC) (191.1 ± 19.24 pg/mL vs. 20.49 ± 1.739 pg/mL, respectively) (Fig. 1a, P < 0.0001), consistent with other reports [13, 14]. The gene discussed is IL22; the disease is psoriasis.
