Sensitivity at a fixed specificity of 90% for a diagnosis of RA ranged from 15.4% (95% confidence interval (CI) 8.7–24.9%) for “p35 and DNA damage regulated 1” (PDRG1) to 39.5% (CI 29.2–51.8%) for citrullinated “transformer 2 beta homolog” (TRA2B).
