The results of the three-way interaction analysis showed that there were no interaction effects among OSAS severity, sex, and obesity on any studied inflammatory biomarker (p = 0.494, p = 0.120, and p = 0.082 for CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α, respectively) (Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
