These preliminary findings suggest that MSZRD might regulate the brain-gut peptides (CCK-8↑, Orexin-A↓) to increase the content of GABA and the expression of GABARA1 and GAD1 in order to improve insomnia, which is manifested as decreased latency of sleeping time and prolonged duration of sleeping time alongside a reduction in anxious behavior. The gene discussed is GAD1; the disease is insomnia measurement.
