The IHC panel confirms that both presence of endothelial markers (CD31 and ERG) and lack of TFE3 and CAMTA have high specificity and sensibility for the diagnosis of angiosarcoma of bone, with focal expression of cytokeratin AE1/AE3 in 9% of the cases (Table 2, Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene ERG and angiosarcoma.
