ZC3H12A and carcinoma: Analyses of mRNA expression data in PBMC, CD4+ T cells and primary monocytes obtained from different cohorts of HIV–infected subjects described here and in previous studies clearly support a coordinated expression of ZC3H12A/MCPIP1 and at least one isoform of CDKN1A/p21, consistent with findings on human carcinoma cell line [32].
