OXT and cancer: Among those enriched pathways, eight pathways, including metabolic pathways, calcium signaling (Figure 5), pathway in cancer (Figure 6), ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis (Supplementary Figure S1), RAP1 signaling (Supplementary Figure S2), adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes (Supplementary Figure S3), vascular smooth muscle contraction (Supplementary Figure S4), and oxytocin signaling (Supplementary Figure S5) are overlapped among all severity levels.
