To systematically investigate the function of individual FAP in HNSCC radioresistance and DSB repair, we performed a high-throughput RNAi-based screen depleting 117 FAP in UTSCC15 HNSCC cells stably expressing EGFP-53BP1 (UTSCC15 EGFP-53BP1), as shown in Figure S1A,B, grown in 3D lrECM (3DHT-RNAi-S), as shown in Figure 1A and Table S1. This evidence concerns the gene FAP and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
