We therefore compared CYLD and SMG7 expression levels in 1164 human cancer cell lines [31] and found a comprehensive positive correlation as well as marked Pearson correlations for soft tissue (R = 0.65; Fig. 3C), multiple myeloma (R= 0.58), rhabdoid (R = 0.605), upper aerodigestive (R = 0.397), and gastric cancers (R = 0.407).
