All of the included studies investigated associations between 40 different HLA-B genotypes and CM-induced SJS/TEN with SOC.23,24,33–36 There was only sufficient information to assess the associations between 8 different HLA-B genotypes and CM-induced SJS/TEN with SOC were performed meta-analyse (i.e., HLA-B*150123,34, HLA-B*350133,34, HLA-B*350333,34, HLA-B*440223,34, HLA-B*440323,24,33–35, HLA-B*510133,34, HLA-B*520123,33,34 and HLA-B*570133,34) (Supplemental Table 2). Here, HLA-B is linked to Schwartz-Jampel syndrome.
