Mean MGII (disease severity) was 14.0 after the first visit and 15.3 after the second visit; 82.6% of patients had generalized disease, and the others had ocular disease; about one quarter were diagnosed with thymoma and 56.1% had a thymectomy; 111 of 155 patients had antibody tests and AChR antibodies were found in 57.5% and anti-MuSK antibodies in 5.4%.
