Germline pathogenic variants conferring cancer predisposition were found in the following 12 genes: ATM, BAP1, BRCA1, BRCA2, CDH1, MLH1, MSH2, MUTYH, PTEN, SDHB, SDHA, and TP53 (Table 4); 7 patients had pathogenic variants in BRCA2 and 4 patients in BRCA1 (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene MUTYH and cancer.
