Consistent with our results, Bai et al. reported that YTHDF1 could regulate tumorigenicity and cancer stem cell-like activity in colorectal carcinoma [27], and Tanabe et al. reported that YTHDC2 was upregulated in colon cancer and had a positive correlation with tumor stages [28].
