Three of them were also altered in the other patient groups: NT-4, HRH2, and TRPA1. Interestingly, when we compared the gene expression pattern of allergic rhinitis or atopic dermatitis with atopic asthma, it turned out that, although it was similar between allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis, it differed significantly when compared with atopic asthma (Figures 3(b) and 3(c)). The gene discussed is NTF4; the disease is atopic asthma.
