We also identified several pathways that were enriched, including the NF-κB signaling pathway (p = 3.288e‐05), TNF signaling pathway (p = 2.309e‐05), NOD-like receptor signaling pathway (p = 3.995e‐03), Salmonella infection (p = 7.149e‐04), rheumatoid arthritis (p = 9.785e‐04), cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction (p = 4.056e‐06), cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) (p = 5.342e‐04), focal adhesion (p = 4.886e‐03), and the chemokine signaling pathway (p = 1.994e‐02) [38–40].
