KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated abnormal molecular expression of several pathways may contribute to the pathogenesis of TOF, such as ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis pathways, energy metabolism associated pathways (citrate cycle, cysteine and methionine metabolism, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, and PPAR signaling pathway), and pathways associated with neurodevelopmental disorders (Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease). Here, RPS27A is linked to juvenile Huntington disease.
