The extent of involvement of axillary sentinel and non-sentinel lymph nodes was then investigated and the relationship between the status of the receptors including ER, PR, HER2, TN, and KI67 and the probability of lymph node involvement was evaluated to find predictive factors that could predict the probability of lymph node metastasis based on ultrasound findings and on the status of tumor receptors. Here, ESR1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
