Among all 169 potential cancer drivers, 33 genes, including Notch1, Jup and Met, showed oncogenic features (Supplementary Fig. 3a), whereas the majority of genes, including Lipc, Cntn5, Hdac4, Nrxn3 and Cntnap5c, exhibited tumour suppressor features (Supplementary Fig. 3b). This evidence concerns the gene CNTN5 and cancer.
