These results indicate that increased expression of plasma FEZF1-AS1 was strongly associated with male gender (P = .018, Table 2), positive smoking status (P ≤ .001, Table 2), advanced clinical stage (P ≤ .001, Table 2), positive distant metastasis (P ≤ .001, Table 2), positive lymph node metastasis (P ≤ .001, Table 2), and larger tumor size (P ≤ .001; Table 2).
