Our previous study showed that high expression of CUL4A and CUL4B was significantly associated with worse clinicopathological characteristics, including lymph node metastasis, higher tumor node metastasis stage, distant metastasis, and a larger tumor size in different subtypes of lung cancer, including squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), adenocarcinoma, large cell carcinoma, and small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC). The gene discussed is CUL4B; the disease is lung carcinoma.
