The most common (>10%) treatment-related AEs associated with each combination that may be immune-related or associated with axitinib monotherapy included endocrine (hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism), dermatologic (rash/inflammatory dermatitis and pruritus), gastrointestinal (colitis [diarrhoea], hepatic signals [alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) increased] and nausea), musculoskeletal (inflammatory arthritis [arthralgia]) and general disorders and administration-site conditions (fatigue and infusion-related reaction, Supplementary Table S2).
