It is worth noting that YTHDF2 knockdown significantly increased the LPS‐induced IL‐6, TNF‐α, IL‐1β, and IL‐12 expression and the phosphorylation of p65, p38, and ERK1/2 in NF‐κB and MAPK signaling (Yu, Li, Feng, Cai, & Xu, 2019), which play important roles in SLE pathogenesis (Brightbill et al., 2018; Garcia‐Rodriguez et al., 2012). Here, MAPK3 is linked to systemic lupus erythematosus.
