PBRM1 and neoplasm: There was no loss of expression of BAP1 or PBRM1 except for one male patient who had a loss of expression of PBRM1 reflecting an epigenetic mutation of PBRM1. This patient presented with a 10-cm tumor of International Society of Urologic Pathologists (ISUP) grade 3 without any sarcomatoid or rhabdoïd components.
