Particularly, GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the hub genes showed that they were mainly related to the positive regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition, extracellular matrix, type II transforming growth factor-beta receptor binding, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (Figure 3, also can be seen in Supplementary Tables 1, 2). This evidence concerns the gene TGFBR2 and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
