Momen-Heravi et al. (2017) found that overexpression of CASR was correlated with a lower risk of CRC-specific mortality. Martin et al. (2014) indicated that AGT epithelial expression was associated with a longer progression free survival, suggesting that AGT may be a prognostic marker in metastatic CRC patients treated with chemotherapy and bevacizumab.
