Sun et al. reported that rno-miRNA-30b-5p is down-regulated in the spleen, lymph nodes, and eye tissues of experimental autoimmune uveitis rats, while down-regulation of rno-miRNA-30b-5p may be regulated by IL-10 and TLR4 levels affect the proportion of IL-10 positive cells in the cell population, thereby inhibiting the development of uveitis. This evidence concerns the gene TLR4 and uveitis.
