IMM-H004, a novel coumarin derivative, could decrease the expression level of chemokine-like factor 1 (CKLF1) combining with C-C chemokine receptor 4, further inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome activation and inflammation, thereby exerting therapeutic effects on rats following ischemic stroke (Ai et al., 2019). Here, NLRP3 is linked to ischemic stroke.
