The results showed that compared with normal tissues, sixteen proteins (ANGPTL1, BCHE, BNC2, CHRNA3, CNN1, CPED1, CYP1B1, FHL1, MYL9, PDLIM3, PRG4, RNF150, SELP, SPARCL1, SYNC, VIP) were significantly overexpressed in tumour tissues (Fig. 6, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ANGPTL1 and neoplasm.
